Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price at the time of your order. Prices displayed on our website include Value Added Tax, which will be applied at the current rate where applicable. Prices may be subject to variation. If there is an error in pricing, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, your order for the incorrectly priced item will be cancelled, and we are not obliged to honour such orders.
Delivery charges are additional to the product cost.
All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not reserve or despatch goods until payment has been received. Ownership of the goods will pass to you when we have received payment in full.

We aim to despatch your order quickly ready for the next shipping date (currently twice a week) Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to prevent the order from being despatched. Once despatched, we are unable to stop delivery or cancel the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If your order cannot be stopped or cancelled, you may return the items to us per your 'Right to Cancel and Return Purchases' below.

Products that require refrigeration will be dispatched using packaging designed to keep the product in good condition until delivery. Upon delivery, it will be your responsibility to refrigerate the fresh foods.
You must provide us with a correct address. If no one is available to collect the delivery, a card will be left stating that the delivery was attempted, where the delivery will be held and the options available for re-delivery or collection. If the delivery is not possible a second time, or if the delivery is refused, the items will be returned to us. You will be contacted for instructions. Refunds will not be available in these circumstances.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside the United Kingdom.
If collecting the purchased goods from our Borough Market store at 8 Rochester Walk, the customer is responsible for checking our opening hours on our website, on the date agreed at the checkout page.
You have the right to return any non-perishable goods at any time within 10 workings days after we posted your order. Please notify us by email including your order number and the goods you’d like to return. We will contact you back to and agree on how the goods will be returned to us, please note we do not offer free returns. Please send us a copy of your postal return receipt via email and we will debit your account with the value of your return.
Save to the extent that we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether foreseeable or otherwise, including direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, however they may arise.
