Where does my order come from?

Your order comes from our store at Borough Market in London, and our team will prepare your order on its shipping day to make sure your goods are fresh when they get to you.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is despatched exactly as ordered but in the unlikely event of not having the exact brand you purchased, we will send you an alternative. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any changes.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We use Royal Mail 24 hour guarantee delivery at £5 per order or free of charge for any orders over £100. The minimum order is £50.

We package all our products to arrive fresh.

In case of Royal Mail strike we will contact you and offer an alternative delivery service and price may vary.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over mainland UK using Royal Mail.

We can currently deliver to all parts of the UK apart from: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White.

What do you deliver?

We deliver most of our range of products but unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver the entire range. Various items from our “Home Entertaining” range are not currently suitable for nationwide deliveries although we are working on solutions to make these available soon.

Products not eligible for nationwide shipment are marked "Collect from Borough market only".

What if I have a specific request for my order ?

Please use the Comment box at checkout to add a request about your product, for example if you'd prefer your Parma ham thin or thick sliced etc.... If your order has multiple products please name the product you have a special request for. 

What if I want fresh items?

We vacuum and ice pack our sliced cold cuts, for cheese and one piece salami we wrap using protective film and ice pack. We use Royal Mail 24 hour guarantee delivery to make sure the goods arrive fresh to you.

When do you deliver?

We use Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service to make sure your goods arrive as fresh as possible. The delivery date depends on when the order was placed, but your order should arrived 48 hours after the order is placed, following the below cut off times.

Order placed by Monday 11pm: Delivery on Wednesday

Order placed by Tuesday 11pm: Delivery on Thursday

Order placed by Wednesday 11pm: Delivery on Friday

Orders placed on Thursday to Sunday 11pm: Delivery on Tuesday

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can select the Collect delivery option and pick up from our store in Borough Market at 8 Rochester Walk, SE1 2LT. Please bring your email address as a proof of purchase. 

Our cut off time is 23:00 hours the day before you'd like to collect your order. Your shopping will be ready after 10:00 the next day except Mondays. Orders placed on Sundays will be available for collection after 10:00 on Tuesdays.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you will receive an email from Royal with your tracking number and delivery information.

My delivery didn't turn up - please help

Please contact Royal Mail using the tracking number you received about your parcel.
