Probably the most precious of all Italian olive varieties. Grown in the Liguria region, these small, oval shaped olives are protected by DOP standard. Their firm bite and unmistakable sweet and fruity flavour seduce olive lovers and novices alike. Pair with fish and potatoes as Ligurians do, or use in a luxury Nicoise salad. These olives have no pit and are conserved in extra virgin olive oil.
